The company was initially named Odds On Gaming. Through a merger with English Harbour Gaming Ventures, Odds On rebranded to Vegas Technology.

Vegas Technology launched in 2005, with blackjack games available at Liberty Slots Casino. After which more casinos were added to the list, including brands such as Lincoln Casino, Miami Club, and the newer Red Stag Casino.

Tight restrictions concerning financial transactions for casinos made it difficult to continue operations within the US.
